Our Owner and Pharmacist-in-Charge, Dave Bagot, has owned and operated Petersburg Pharmacy since 2005. Prior to coming to Petersburg, Dave graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1991 and got his first job as a pharmacist at Hook's Drug Store in Shelbyville, Illinois. After spending some time at Hook's Drug Store, Dave worked in a variety of pharmacies and decided he truly enjoyed and missed working in independent pharmacy.

Around this time Mike Header, of Petersburg, Illinois approached Dave asking if he would be interested in purchasing his pharmacy, and it didn't take Dave long to think it over and accept.

Since January 4, 2005 Dave Bagot has been honored to serve the Menard County and surrounding areas.
